By signing below, the Applicant acknowledges and agrees that, when signed and accepted by IFC, this application represents a binding contract during the term between the parties and commits the Applicant to (I) comply with all the terms and conditions of IFC's Certificate of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Intellectual Property Rights Policy (attached to this Agreement) and such reasonable rules and policies as the Board of Directors and/or committees may adopt from time to time, providing they do not conflict with the attached documents, and (ii) fulfillment of Membership Obligation and Fees. The Applicant certifies that it meets the conditions of Memberhsip specified in the Bylaws.

The Applicant may terminate this contract at any time by providing written notice to IFC.
